30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • Receipt or proof of purchase provided(related order number or email or phone number)


How to Start a Return

Email us at service@apexderm.store to request a return and receive further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and a return address.

Do not send items back before contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@apexderm.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned for reasons other than quality issues (e.g., change of mind)


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item by following the steps above.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item separately.


Refund Process

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund 1 business day after our approval notice, contact us at service@apexderm.store.


Return Shipping Fee

  • Returns due to quality issues: Free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Returns due to change of mind: The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.


About Restocking fee

If the reason for return is based on product quality issue, free restocking fee. Otherwise, we'll deduct 10% of the order value as restocking fee.
