1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Method & Coverage
We currently offer Standard Delivery (FREE) to the contiguous United States.

Service Coverage: This service is available to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
3. Trusted Shipping Partners
We partner with major national carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be selected based on your delivery address for optimal service.
4. Customer Responsibilities After Delivery
Upon receipt of your order, you assume responsibility for the product. To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues:

Inspection Window: You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage, missing items, or obvious product defects.

Reporting Issues: If you identify any problems, you must contact us within this 48-hour window at service@apexderm.store or via our contact form at . Please provide clear photographs that accurately reflect the issue.

Assumption of Receipt in Good Condition: If we do not receive notification of damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery, the product will be considered received in good and undamaged condition.
5. Warranty & Support
We stand behind the quality of our products. STARPATH LINK INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage: If a product malfunctions or has a material defect under normal use during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide free replacement parts or ship a new replacement unit.

Discontinued Products: If the original product is discontinued and unavailable, we will offer the customer a choice between a full refund or store offer of equal value.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description (and photos/video if applicable) of the issue.
6. Lost or Missing Packages

Lost in Transit (Before Delivery): If the tracking information indicates that a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will either reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund upon investigation.

Lost After Delivery (Carrier Shows Delivered): If the carrier's tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and will provide all necessary documentation to support the investigation. Please note that resolution of such claims is subject to the carrier's investigation process and policies.
